So I ordered a steamer which it let me to do then better called me up and said they didn't have it I'm not sure how it let me order it anyway they tried to sell me one 10 dollars dearer in stead of giving it to me for the same price as it was the store fault and when I trying to tell this to the lady she didn't want to help so stay clear of this unprofessional business as they do not care which was proven today
What a wonderful Shopping experience I had today, I was dreading buying a washing machine and a fridge freezer, But Daniel One of the salesperson was so patient with all the questions I had, Brad delivered my purchases on the same day and was extremely careful. You notice the difference when you go to a locally owned and operated business like Campbell's Betta electrical. That difference is all positive. Helpful product knowledge and delivery are offered. Good range of products at fantastic prices. Parking right at the front door. It is "the place" for your electrical goods.
Called up the Appliance Clinic for warranty on a DeLonghi heater. Super helpful and gave me advice how to action. Then I asked for some tips to see if I could resolve. Turns out I was mistaken; simply a button configuration issue. Obviously I felt silly now but I was reassured they're happy to help. Problem solved in less than a 5 minute call. Much better than going to the place I purchased it from. Thanks team!
Yay for country folks. Good service, good prices, quick delivery, safe installation. Removal of old washing machine carcass for next to nothing. Could not be more pleased. Have now given the new washer a full working out. Excellent.
