They incorrectly installed my furnace, and gave false inspection reports after. I had to have someone else come in to fix the issue. CampbellCare have acknowledged their fault, but are refusing to provide compensation.
We’ve used Campbell care since 2023 when we moved into our home - previous owners did as well. Love that they have experience and know our heating and fire place systems throughly. Geoff installed a new hot water tank this past summer and recently fixed our fireplace during the busy season between Christmas and new year - service as always was prompt, efficient and friendly - will continue to use their services in the future.
Never called anyone else to service and repair our gas furnaces! Always friendly and professional.
I really appreciate the excellent customer service and hard work to replace our very old fireplace into something modern. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, honestly. Thank you Scott and Jane!
Had a fantastic experience with Campbell care fixing the shower in my apartment. Geoff did a great job, explained everything very clearly, and even had an item that worked in a 40 year old shower that had previously had some questionable work done by the previous owners. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help
