I'm sad to report that we did not have a good experience with CampbellCare. I have no doubt - based on their consistently high ratings - that they are a very capable organization with well trained installers and technicians, and as a result, I really did think long and hard before leaving a negative review. They incorrectly installed my furnace, and gave false inspection reports after. I had to have someone else come in to fix the issue. CampbellCare have acknowledged their fault, but are refusing to provide compensation.
We’ve used Campbell care since 2023 when we moved into our home - previous owners did as well. Love that they have experience and know our heating and fire place systems throughly. Geoff installed a new hot water tank this past summer and recently fixed our fireplace during the busy season between Christmas and new year - service as always was prompt, efficient and friendly - will continue to use their services in the future.
Never called anyone else to service and repair our gas furnaces! Always friendly and professional.
