Experiencing one of Jennifer’s classes for the first time is a spiritual experience. She is a master at her craft. She has the ability to hold the space for you as though she is talking one on one to you but in a room of 20 people. It’s truly remarkable. She is someone who guides you through yoga, to help you experience and understand yourself better. Words really don’t do it justice, you have to just go experience her in her element. You will be changed in one form or another.

Jennifer is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had - she is spiritual and calming and when you come into her studio, she knows just what type of class she needs to teach. I never thought I could do yin yoga, with Jennifer I know I can. Thank you Jennifer.

I had a hard time with yoga prior to knowing Jennifer. In fact, I’ve never really considered myself a “yoga person” because I wasn’t interested in the vibe I got from most yoga places and people I knew. Then I met Jennifer. She’s more knowledgeable & humble than any teacher I’ve known. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or have been practicing for years - she reaches every person at their level.
