Andy is the best customer service guy I’ve ever dealt with, hands down, and it’s not even close. I had an issue with my JD 5325, and after diagnosing the problem, he went above and beyond all expectations to make sure that that machine is right. And when I had follow up questions, he had a man at my place, THE SAME DAY! Unbelievable service here, if you need anything, call him. DO NOT HESITATE, he’ll take care of you, GUARANTEED! Thank you Andy, I sure wish there were more like you around!
After several attempts too fix my JD riding mower, I spoke to Andy in service. Can't say enough about the professionalism. Mower runs great - treated me more than fair and even filled it with fuel at no charge. If you've ever had a problem with these guys in the past I suggest you give them another try!!! New people...Amazing service
