I hate doing this, but after several unsuccessful attempts over the past year to stop phone calls harassing me to bring my Tacoma into Chatham Toyota for service I have to leave this review. I drove from Calgary to Chatham last summer to visit family and booked my vehicle in for an oil change. UPDATE 2025 -use dealership at own discretion Aug 6-25 Prior Campbell Toyota! We needed to update our review regarding Campbell Toyota. The true test of a company is how they deal with issues that arise while dealing with the product they sell or the service that they provide. We have always had very good service with the staff in the service department at Campbell Toyota. We recently had an issue with our 2016 RAV4 paint quality. I am in the process of purchasing a new car from Chatham Toyota. My communication and interaction with sales associate Jennifer Zruna has been friendly, professional, informative and productive. Final closing procedures with financial services manager Chad Nolan was low key, transparent, non-threatening and also friendly and productive. I have dealt with Chatham Toyota for years for service on my 2005 Lexus ES 330 with 453,000 km. Steve and Bob are absolutely amazing and so are their mechanics. Sadly my Lexus had a major problem and I had to buy another vehicle. Jonathan helped me purchase my Camry XSE. He was absolutely awesome. Jonathan, Chad and Dan made the purchase easy.
