Very disappointing experience with my 2025 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, with only 6,353 km. While travelling from Windsor to Toronto with my wife and three children, the vehicle suddenly showed “Hybrid System Malfunction.” We had to tow the vehicle to the London dealership and return to Windsor by Uber. I was later told the A/C condenser was damaged by a stone and was not covered under warranty. The A/C was still working, and I was not provided a rental vehicle. I drove 14 hours to buy a used vehicle but prior to paying in full, I asked for all pictures of damages to be sent to so I woukd have no surprises after my long journey. I took the car and when driving back I noticed 7 cracks on the dashboard, that was not sent to me on any pictures. I contacted the used car manager, who said he will do nothing and I could have canceled the deal. What a ridiculous comment !!!
