I purchased a 2023 Camry from Chatham Toyota and dealt with Sean. I bought it when I was visiting town and made arrangements to have it delivered 4 hours away. There was a minor issue when the car was delivered but it was resolved quickly by Sean over the phone. Later that same day there was an issue driving the vehicle with error codes showing on the display. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at other dealerships but Chatham Toyota went above and beyond for me. Outstanding service and Bob really went out of his way to accommodate me with my service needs. My hat is off to them and it would take a lot for me to ever entertain another dealership.
I had a good experience with Mr. Scot Brown the sales person who assisted us to purchase two new vehicles 2022 Rav4 and 2025 Tundra. Expecting to receive the same quality treatment from their service department we drove all the way from Windsor and Detroit to our surprise we received %100 disappointment.
