They had the truck I was looking for so made arrangements from out of town and everything went smooth. Picked it up and it was in better shape than I thought. Nice and clean detailing upon pickup. Great place to deal with.
I hate doing this, but after several unsuccessful attempts over the past year to stop phone calls harassing me to bring my Tacoma into Chatham Toyota for service I have to leave this review. UPDATE 2025 -use dealership at own discretion Aug 6-25 Prior Campbell Toyota! We needed to update our review regarding Campbell Toyota. The true test of a company is how they deal with issues that arise while dealing with the product they sell or the service that they provide. We have always had very good service with the staff in the service department at Campbell Toyota. We recently had an issue with our 2016 RAV4 paint quality. I am in the process of purchasing a new car from Chatham Toyota. My communication and interaction with sales associate Jennifer Zruna has been friendly, professional, informative and productive. Final closing procedures with financial services manager Chad Nolan was low key, transparent, non-threatening and also friendly and productive.
