Don't buy a tire from someone else and expect Campbell's to put it on for you because the owner will tell you if you bought it somewhere else then his prices are not good enough for you! Well the fact of the matter is your prices are not good enough and I will continue to buy online. As Cas Walker would say "We either beat em or meet em!"

I have been to this business a few times and it is best to arrive at opening time. This morning I arrived, told them my problem, and they told me it wasn't actually my tire but the bearings. Glad I went here first----they are always polite and helpful

Was getting a set of 4 tires there was a lady there in desperate need of the same size tires but only 2 of mine were good :-( they gave her a set basically for free just charging $20 to put them on. I paid for that too. They are great there

This was the worst customer service experience I had ever had.... the man there is very unprofessional and needlessly mean I do not recommend ever going there and will gladly pay more and drive further .... Black Kat tire took very good care of my needs and were very kind I highly recommend them

I have been doing business regularly buying excellent used tires from Barry for 9 years straight. i have also purchased 3 sets of new tires in this time frame. in 9 years never have had a rude interaction or a bad tire. every single visit he is always very busy with numerous customers. he has unbeatable prices on new tires, and he is extremely picky about the condition of used tires he sells for $10 mount and balance included. the negative reviews i can only guess is from people who show up near closing time, and acted very ... read more

I left my truck while i was at a meeting and it was completed upon my return. No way you can beat their prices but be patient because the are busy because of the good prices. Best option is arrive at opening time.

This is the rudest business in Dunlap. We had always had our tires delivered and mounted here but this week, he refused the tires without notice. UPS has a policy that commercial deliveries can't be picked up by anyone else so we had to scramble to keep them from being returned. We used to buy tires for one vehicle from him, but not anymore.

I went there this morning to get a tire. When I got there I was asked by the owner what I needed. I started to answer and I was answered with "I don't care what you just need we are closed!!" Why did you ask what I wanted if you were closed?? Was the rudeness and meanness necessary?? I have heard similar stories from other people. Cambell "middleman" Tires Family has done much business with campbell tire for over 5 years and have always been pleased until recently when Barry campbell refused to mount a set of tires only because I did not purchase a set from their limited stock. I even offered to pay more than whatever price he charges. His response was "there's no money in it "and apparently wasn't worth their precious time.
