Caiden is detail oriented. He gave us a honest estimate complete with pictures of troubled areas of our roof. Within a week after us accepting his bid, Caiden and crew had roof completed and fixed. Once again, since I can't climb onto roof, Caiden took pictures of completed work and explained everything to us along the way. Would reccomend to those folks looking for roofing services.
Absolutely terrible. I hate giving local professionals poor reviews but he’s not a professional. He is either a hack who doesn’t know what he’s doing, or he’s a con doing barely enough to make it look like he’s fixing your roof. He replaced our roof and it pretty much needs to be completely redone. There are areas with no flashing, improperly attached flashing and/or shingles, areas where you can see raw plywood, no venting, and from our attic you can see sunlight in one spot. Along with numerous other problems
Scammer and fraud: beware! Caiden redid our whole roof and did a terrible job. Didn't install proper venting, missed half the nails, left a huge mess at our house, lied about billing and stuck us with $1000 dumpster bill. And more. We found mold in our attic 6 months later, we just had the roof inspected to add venting and the contractor told us everything was done wrong and its the wost roof he has ever seen. Recommended full replacement. Don't risk it. Take your business elsewhere.
Caiden is such a hard worker! He is fast AND detail oriented! He and Anna were both great to work with and we are so pleased with the outcome!
