Extremely satisfied with how we were taken care of by Sam and Lou at this shop. We were on vacation and had many problems with our Jetta. We were stranded and Sam and Lou went above and beyond to give us advice, fix what could be fixed, and help us be able to continue to enjoy our vacation. They communicated problems clearly, offered advice, and kept costs low, all while squeezing us in on short notice. Excellent garage sur l’île de Vancouver. Sans solution, et après avoir demandé de l’aide à plusieurs garage pour dépanner un Fiat Ducato européen ici au Canada, ils ont réussi à corriger les erreurs grâce à une valise Autel très récente. Le tout avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme, sans aucun rendez-vous !
