Exceptional service getting my older tub repaired the same day I called. My beachcomber 580 has been basically trouble free for 13 years. I would highly recommend.
5 stars plus! Excellent, professional and friendly service. We purchased our Beachcomber 360 hot tub and it was delivered and installed in November 2025. We loved that the cost of the hot tub included delivery, installation and chemicals. Staff also visited our home prior to for a free site assessment. Definitely a “One Stop Shop” and less stressful when purchasing a hot tub for the first time. Aaron help me and is currently still helping me diagnose my malfunctioning Spa. He has been incredibly thorough and helpful the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and has already done above and beyond helping me.
It would be nice if they could adjust their web site to show when they close such as Thanksgiving weekend. I checked their site and it showed open untril 4pm. I took the time to drive to the store only to find it closed for the weekend. Not good customer service in this case.
