Top notch professional service at Campbell River Honda! Took our Honda crv in for its first service and winter tire install. Friendly knowledgeable staff, Corey booked me in and Jeff Armstrong in service was full of information. Great experience as always whether buying a vehicle or having maintenance done.
I recently purchased a CR-V from Campbell River Honda and I am completely satisfied with the service I received. My salesperson was Noel and he was well versed in the intricacies of the vehicle and was able to teach me how to use and enjoy my new car. I highly recommend this salesperson and dealership.
We bought a car there. They didn't even botter check the fluids of the car. Not even an oil change. Luckily I inspected the cat serice history and figured the oil change haden't been done in years. So we went to a garage and guess what? The car was about to die. Oil level so low, the engine could've burned on the next corner. This isn't just neglect, it's gross incompetence. Greedy beyond words. I would not recommend buying your car there, although i recommend Hondas in general.
While traveling on vacation from Vancouver, we started hearing a troubling noise from the front suspension of our 2017 Honda Civic.
