I have moved to C. R. recently and needed my Honda serviced shortly after. Campbell River Honda provided me with a very courteous, friendly and professional service. The final bill was also as estimated with no surprises. However, my appointment was at 8:00am and car was supposed to be done by 10:00am, and I would be called when car was ready. After my drive from Alberta I noticed my back brakes were sounding really bad(metal on metal). I went into Campbell River Honda on Thursday and was greeted by the General Manager (David Bastock) who quickly had my CRV brought in and the technician informed Dave after doing his assessment that I would be needing a complete brake job done.
