I’ve never bought a thing from these folks. But I plan on going out of my way to buy my next machine from them. The 5 stars is for their customer service. I called with hopes to get information on a machine I own. It was giving me big time issues, many user error. I called and a gentleman named Miles answered. Dan has spent countless hours on every aspect of the services he provides to improve and better the industry. As well as being down to earth, polite, and soooo helpful.
