Erica is a wonderful therapist and has helped my son a lot. We go to the Chambersburg office and have for multiple months. Recently they cancelled our appointment because I had a $25……yes only $25 balance on the account that I had not paid yet. It is bizarre to be willing to lose a dedicated, insurance holding, paying customer over $25 that had only been on the account for a few weeks. Very strange.
So thank to have my grandson come great counselor
The young lady that returned my call was rude and not helpful at all. I ended up hanging up on her because it was like pulling teeth trying to get any information. She sounded upset with me for asking simple questions. Not a good look for the company. If you're having mental health troubles I'd suggest going elsewhere for help.
Accept my insurance and have openings for counseling. However, was denied because apparently I am not a good fit they said. I legit asked if they are against men. Misandry much? Lmao. Chambersburg office has only women therapists at the location . Frustrating when you try to find a therapist that has openings and you are not accepted.
