Very bad management. Half of things don't work inside apartments. No proper help from the team. They take a lot of time to fix a small problem.
There is no customer dupport. Once you pay them they will not respond. They also Lie about what’s going on on the property. They will charge you for fire alarms that did not happen and when you address them, they make up a story how it happened domewhere else but you will still be charged. Rooms are aweful and are falling appart. I is better to live in a car than Campbell properties. University student; I've been living at a Campbell property for some time now since September and It's been terrible, the WiFi is so bad It's actually awful, we all got boosters and still have trouble connecting, and the connection cant even connect in the living room. We moved into the property and the sofa and table were all scuffed and torn we thought they would have had a record of it as did the person who was touring us to the properties. Staff of Campbell prop isn't good, I've got an replacement and my deposit was 300 pounds but they were asking 500 as deposit from my replacement. Then my replacement cancelled it. Now I'm stucked.
