Edith the owner is amazing she made the process of buying our home very easy she's very understanding we are first time home buyers I love how she celebrated our buying our house with us she even gave a housewarming gift which was very generous and unexpected and very appreciated so it's not looking for a home it's an easy short process White pine point or Campbell point Mobile home Park is the place to go!!! Amber the manager at Campbell point is amazing as well!!
Great place to live buying a trailer here myself
The rents way to high for a little mediocre trailer park. Add all the fancy crap you want, street lights or lake fountain, it doesn't change that the manager does nothing to actually improve the 'park'. They rarely even come over, which is fine, but they don't even listen to the people that live here either. It's like every six months, they raise the rent even higher without doing anything to deserve it.
