They came out to replace the main water line to the street, and I guess they had to use a backhoe. I wouldn’t have minded if they’d have taken better precautions not to tear up my lawn. I expected some damage, but this is what I’m left with. It’s like they just didn’t even care. They didn’t use any tarp for the dirt. Now half my lawn is caked in clay. They didn’t lay any plywood to minimize the divots in my lawn. Just awful. My wife cried when she saw this.
Campbell was awesome! We had a serious emergency with our newly purchased house and he was prompt to get out and troubleshoot a plumbing situation that could have been MUCH worse.
I called Don late afternoon on a Tuesday, he said he would be up the next morning. Because of my scheduling, I had to put him off a day. He called about 7:45 am the next morning and arrived about 15 minutes later. Great work. Charged what he quoted. Very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars!!
They got cement dyst all over our house causing breathing issues for my family. They installed the shower trim with a bow in it. The shower valve is protruding from the wall more than 3/8" past where it should. And the shower valve is loosely mounted to the stud behind the shower. What a mess. Now I've got to hire a real plumber to fix this mess and a lung transplant.
They were fast and did a good job. Very happy I called them.
