I was looking for a prescription plan for Medicare and I emailed Good Insurance and Ruth responded right away, I called her back she got some information and set up a time with Bonnie, I spoke on the phone with Bonnie and set up appointment to meet. Bonnie was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable, she explained everything so my husband and I could understand, I got the plan I needed along with an add on for my Medicare. Bonnie and her staff are personable and very helpful. I felt overwhelmed when it came time to select a Medicare supplement insurance plan, but Bonnie put me at ease because she is so knowledgeable due to her years of experience.
