The heavy set Latino in front was irritated that we interrupted her socializing. she had zero customer service skills and a big attitude. she did not care about our son having an accident and thats why we were late to drop off the dog. she mouthed off, as she walked away. not sure why any business would put someone like her to interact with customers. my last bill was over $1,000.00 i will take my money somewhere where staff is trained to be polite, professional has compassion and understands that parents with young kids can... read more
All our dogs are taken care of by Dr. Grubbs and his outstanding staff. I can’t express how comfortable they all make us feel whether we are there for grooming or medical attention. They are the best!!!
