Very accommodating to my schedule and did not hesitate on showing me other listings. Prompt and knowledgeable on questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Chad was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the estate sale of my family home. His advice on pricing, timing, and listing details generated a lot of interest which quickly turned into a reasonable offer and a smooth closing. I would recommend Chad to any of our friends and family in the Aplington/Parkersburg area.

Chad was great to work with. Our home sold with in the first week of listing. We were very happy with the ease and performance Chad provided on the sale of our home.

Chad was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was incredibly patient and supportive as we looked at so many homes until we finally found the perfect one for us. As first-time homebuyers, we truly appreciated his knowledge, guidance, and willingness to make the entire process as smooth as possible. We will be forever grateful for all of his time, hard work, and dedication throughout our homebuying journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Thank you so much, Chad, for everything!
