My family and I have been seeing Dr. Scott since she acquired the practice. She has always provided excellent care to the family with compassion, honesty and straight talk. She is unfortunately under appreciated by some. Excellent doctor.
I'm moving myself and my kids from this practice - the 'Business Manager' is a shocker. I've lived in Campbell for two years now, and have choked down her rudeness because the clinic is so close and the doctors are good - but as of today, I'm done. After a four day stint in hospital I'm not going to be barked at like I'm a moron from reception staff and will find other care.
Unfair treatment from receptionist who claims to be the manager, including inappropriate comments stereotyping based on family clients, no communication regarding changing locations, blaming clients for not being aware of the location change and refusing to admit any responsibility when late for appointments. As a result, I have been on the phone with my friend for over an hour, calming her down crying because the staff from her regular GP practice were so unfair, unkind and frankly unprofessional.
