The administration team hear will tell you one thing on the phone and as soon as the phone is put down they will do the opposite, do NOT trust them, go somewhere else.
Misdiagnosed my daughter’s cholesteatoma. After 3 grommet operations and being prescribed many bottles of steroid drops , we demanded a CAT scan. This uncovered a growth that had almost destroyed her hearing. This doctor was too blasé and casual, even calling our daughter by the wrong name as she lay in the operating table. Care factor zero. (Luckily we got a second opinion from a professional who performed an urgent mastoidectomy and saved our daughter’s hearing).
Mr Matt Campbell is a wonderful, highly experienced and most importantly excellently skilled surgeon. He is caring and compassionate. Highly recommend.
