Fast and efficient. Went above and beyond service needed. We had bought a maintenance package in ND that would only cover a portion of an oil change without our knowledge and the guys here explained the information so we better understood and how to proceed. Top notch and just wish we lived closer to return to the facility where we could have trust and respect.
Shout out to the service department at this dealership. We were traveling across country and got a flat tire. They pumped up our tire and got us enough air to find a repair spot. They didn't hesitate to have us pull into the garage and took care of us. Having an emergency like that, in an unfamiliar town is hard but the kindness displayed by the manager and staff made our situation easier. Thank you so much!!
Both times I have taken my vehicle in for routine maintenance and service, I have had an awesome experience!
