By far the smoothest purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Jae was fantastic to work with! I feel like I hardly had to do anything other than email and text a few documents before my appointment. I was able to get to the dealership much earlier than I’d scheduled my drive for, but Jae had everything ready to roll way ahead of time so no delay at all. First time KIA owners here...took our car in for a quick recall check. We were definitely impressed by the KIA dealership in Missoula. The person who checked us in was positive, outgoing, organized in his questions. They got us in 10 minutes early and told us how long the inspection would take. The technician that did the work was clean. (Not usually the case when we have taken other vehicles in at other dealerships). Would highly recommend KIA of Missoula.
I absolutely love the dealership! This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them and it is the best service I’ve gotten from any dealership and I have had quite a few vehicles. They make sure you’re completely satisfied. Plus if you have any questions just ask them. Yesterday I accidentally bumped a curb with my Kia K5. I took it directly to them.
