I am very disappointed with Campbell Jones Cohen CPAs, I asked a question and the new tax preparer acted so rude as if I was inconveniencing her because I wanted to ask about my filing fee instead of just answering the question. Lisa Cohen has become so busy she had no time to talk to me. What was very hurtful is I was just asking a simple question about my 2025 fee they were charging me. Our financial planner put us in touch with Lisa Jones to help with our tax prep including a year past due. Lisa and team were phenomenal. We've had mixed experiences with tax prep in the past and certainly found value in working with CJC around responsiveness, knowledge and adaptability. I would recommend this firm in the highest regard.

My financial planner gave me homework to meet with a tax accountant. Everywhere I reached out tried to sell me on their financial planning. I was referred here by someone I met at a networking event to specifically meet with Kay based on my needs. I reached out, scheduled an appointment and had a great consultation with Kay. She was knowledgeable and provided me with the exact information I was seeking. Thanks Kay.
I had such a great experience with Kay See! She was able to get me in for an appointment as a new client during busy tax season the following week after I called. She spent a solid half hour with me going over all of my questions on how best to proceed with my taxes for last year, and how to set myself up this year with changing circumstances. She was so kind and patient with me and I really appreciated all of her help!
