I have known Greg for almost 3 years now, and have appreciated his high standards, character, and integrity. Because of those things, I decided to become a part of his team. We've personally had incredible service by Greg and Diane, an employee that's been with him for 20+years. To be with one company for that long says a lot about how they treat their employees, and in turn the kind of service that is delivered to customers!

I'm reporting American family insurance for unethical practices. I received a letter on Jan 8th 2024 stating they were canceling my policy on Jan 19th 2024. I called Greg Saucermen immediately, he said he was also surprised by this letter because he was not notified. I quickly fixed these issues despite it being -15 degrees out and more than a foot of snow. They still dropped me after I did everything they asked.
