Staff is rude and disrespectful to customers, and the salon is FILTHY. I left a message in the morning to make an appointment for my son to have a haircut. Someone called me back within 2 hours, and when I tried explaining that we had never been there before and how I received a recommendation (literally 10 seconds of talking) the lady rudely cut me off and was like "I don't have time for this", "can you come in at 1:30?" Michelle is a talented hairdresser and attentive to great color and highlights for gray coverage. Cut my wavy hair quite well . You ll love this salon.

Michelle has cut my hair for years. I talked to her about a new hair style and she said she could do it. Because she only ever used a razor and chunky thinning shears on my hair, I asked her to watch a video using a carving comb and point cutting with scissors for major texturizing, which she said she watched. I have never left that salon disappointed, but what she did to my hair was beyond disappointing! She called the cut "Edgy", I called it atrocious!
