I moved from Florida to Colorado Springs last year. I sold new homes for builders in Florida so I am familiar with the building process. I’m so lucky that I came upon Campbell Homes. The quality of construction is excellent! Campbell Homes installs a French drain around the perimeter to keep water intrusion out. I’ve been told not all builders do this.
