Super knowledgeable and friendly staff
Had a home built last year and we are still trying to get repairs done on issues brought up prior to closing. Our home is considerably smaller than their advertised square footage but they don't care because either way, they have your money. You either walk away from the contract and they keep your deposit or you continue because you can't afford to lose thousands of dollars. I highly recommend going to another builder.
