I consulted with Rebecca Obarski a while back on an issue, but have now come to realize that her unconscionable actions taken on behalf of my mother, her client, are borderline illegal. My mother is on the verge of incompetence, over 80 years old, gets around in a walker, and has problems with her memory. So Ms. Obarski and my estranged sister have seized this opportunity to coerce my mother to “amend” her will, which is now taking about $500,000 of my inheritance away and giving it to others.
