We were visiting PEI from Ontario and the tubing in my hearing aid cracked to the point where I wasn't able to use my hearing aid. I figured I had nothing to lose by walking in and seeing if they would be able to help me. They were able to fix the cracked tubing and charged a very reasonable price to do so and provided a service with a smile. Wonderful patience with the staff here. They took good care of my 98 year old mother. Only complaint is the barely accessible entrance for wheelchair / walker
