AMAZING staff!! We sat at TA down the street for 4 days and they couldn't finish the job. Called Freightliner, got us in the next day and completed what TA couldn't. Staff was amazing, pet friendly (I had my 65lb dog with me lol), were SO welcoming!!
The staff in the parts department are always very helpful in keeping my truck running smoothly. They assist me in finding the necessary parts. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Thank you
Always a great experience. Even if something gets messed up as we are all human and it happens, they always go above and beyond to fix it in the parts department. But they pay great attention to detail for me alway.

This place is just terrible. My truck was towed in 3 days ago and no one in the service area. I wait and no one comes out to help me. So I resorted to going around their offices trying to find someone thats not on their phone with no luck until I had no choice but to interrupt one of them. "Checked me in" and here I am 3 days later and they have not even looked at my truck. In reading the reviews it seems like this is their MO.
