Very Unprofessional Do not waste your time. Booked an appointment with Rajwinder Khurana 20 days ago for some counseling and they cancelled it at 8:37 for 9:00 by saying conflict of interest Ridiculous They had all the time in the world to check but they never did. Sending me emails and phone calls for the last 3 days for my information which I provided and then a cancellation 23 minutes prior to the appointment.
These are the kindest, most professional people you could ever ask forI first contacted them at the end of 2021. I was undergoing a complicated, traumatic process of needing an assessment & counselling. I became leery after reading a low evaluation & couldn’t understand how/why Dr. Fairweather did the Veteran Affairs Assessments. Caroline reassured me about Dr. Fairweather’s professionalism, demeanour, knowledge & care for my 30-plus years situation.
