This was the worst massage I ever received. For longer than I would deem necessary in any professional massage, the "masseuse" gave me shoulder squeezes; something akin to getting a quick shoulder rub from a colleague at the office for "handling that difficult situation well." She also made sure to jab me repeatedly with her elbow, but in a way that was less deep tissue massage and more like she was attempting to remove my body from my bones. It was a miserable 60 minutes. I bought a Groupon to go try this spa. Made my appt days ahead. The morning of my appt, about a hour before, I got a call to change my time. This happens, someone got sick. So my appt was moved back by 1 1/4 hours. I show up on time. Greeted after a few mins, asked if I was the 12:30? Gave my groupon, which was looked over very closely.
