The pierce community office staff has consistently gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family. The community manager, Kim, has always been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responsive to any concerns I’ve ever had. The entire team - including Kim, Deandra, Kiana, Pam, Leslie, and Stephanie has played a part in making our experience here truly positive. I’m so grateful for the support and dedication. Thank you all for making Fort Campbell feel like home!
Stay far away from these slum lords. We’ve had nothing but plumbing issues in our apartment and not only is the office staff, but the maintenance staff is too incompetent to do their jobs. They only provide temporary fixes since we live in a building they plan to tear down in a few years. We went an entire day without a working toilet (only 1 toilet in the apartment) and they simply don’t care. Mrs. Kouch was very friendly, respectful and patience with the inprocess of my wife and i moving in. I also appreciate that she was the first person to assist us and currently still helping us for any question that we have or concerns that needs to be resolve. She ensures that everything is proper and takes the time to have other co workers to check her work and ours. Thank you!
From the first time I met with the staff at hammond heights I was treated with the upmost respect. They, specifically Miracle and Lily, provided the highest level of professional assistance for my move into and when I left fort campbell. I very much enjoyed my t8me on post in hammond heights and looked forward to seeing the staff when I would pay my rent in person. I was very welcomed into the community and am a little saddened to be leaving.
Went in the hammond heights location today, And spoke with Ms. Miracle regarding some issues we were having with landscaping (not the company, our fenced in perimeter.) She never fails to be helpful, caring & inviting. Thank you for always making our community center visits a breeze and not dreadful.
