While at a Powell doctor’s office the EMTs brought in a patient via ambulance. The family members were a bit behind. The EMTs talked with the patient and adjusted the bed to her liking, helping her to be at ease. They were so kind. I’ve had my mom transported in this manner and she was never talked to or made to be comfortable. What a refreshing sight to see!
