I've had a great experience with Gerard as our Owners Corporation Manager. As a new resident over the past couple of months, he's been consistently responsive, supportive, and friendly. He's always quick to answer questions, happy to help, and has made settling into the property much easier. It's reassuring to know there's someone approachable and proactive managing the building. I really appreciate his professionalism and excellent communication. Highly recommended!
I have been dealing with Campbell Corporate Services for many years now and with the arrival of Gerard on the team their management processes have improved immensely. Gerard is prompt to reply and has the uncanny ability to foresee issues/problems and how to resolve them. He is thoughtful, dedicated to his work and a true problem solver. He is easy to talk to (via email) and nothing seems too much trouble for him.
