As contractors for CCS we recently had a challenging situation with an abusive tenant towards one of our staff. Gerard Leslie impressed me with his prompt and direct communication to ensure our staff were safe and the situation was handled. He investigated and provided clear directions for us as contractors but also followed up to ensure we were safe and comfortable to continue working at that particular site. I have had OC managers before, but I never came across an excellent and professional and knowledgeable OC Manager like Viraaf Mehta!!!. Last words I told Mr Mehta was, please do not leave or I will sell my property too. I can not thank him enough for his effective communication and well explained skills for whenever I had concerns or inquires. Campbell Corporate is lucky to Viraaf as OC Manager!
