Dr Gilbert and his assistant showed compassion and concerns for the reason I was there but the front counter crew has limited professionalism.. When I got there, I stood at the counter for 6 or 7 minutes before the older lady with blonde hair looked up at me abruptly and said have u been helped.. Keep in mind, it was her and another lady sitting there... I would've been ok if one of them hadve said we will be with you shortly... Need more courtesy at the front check in counter...
The wait was a bit long. Other than that a nice experience.
