The office staff are terrible. I scheduled my anatomy scan 2 business days ago and called back today to reschedule due to them scheduling me on New Years Eve and the office worker just said "name and DOB" and I explained I needed to reschedule my anatomy scan and without even looking at her schedule, she stated "we have no other appointments available so you have to come to this one or forfeit the anatomy scan. If I wasn't 20 weeks pregnant, I would swap to any office besides Brookwood.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nathan White for over a decade, I think he is a phenomenal physician. I followed him to the new practice he moved to at Comprehensive Women's Care in Clinton Township. HORRIBLE! RUDE receptionists and vile manager! This was only my second visit to this office. My first visit I was also turned off by the nasty attitudes from the desk.
