This place is a complete disappointment and feels like a huge scam. I paid a $50 application fee ONLINE only to be quickly rejected without any real consideration, it seemed like someone glanced at my application for two seconds before denying it. If you don’t have perfect credit, don’t even bother applying. They don’t care if you have a stable job or paystubs to prove you can afford the rent.
