Have a back up plan if you want to close on time waiting on the appraisal. Took him 3 weeks to answer calls and emails and find excuses all the time.
Guy showed up and was here for less than 10 minutes total; I didn't receive my appraisal for over 3 weeks and they gave no clear reason why it took so long. I had to harass them as well as my mortgage company to get any information out of them and it was the worst experience I have ever had with any appraiser.
Jason was knowledgeable and responsive, keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend.
Appraiser couldn’t perform and never completed appraisal. Also would no answer phone calls.
