Here's what service you can expect from this joke: Constant lies, unprofessionalism and extreme stress.(He fields his phone calls, will NOT respond to ANY communication and lacks any type of integrity in any regard) If you enjoy those experiences then this is your man. Have a back up plan if you want to close on time waiting on the appraisal. Took him 3 weeks to answer calls and emails and find excuses all the time.
Guy showed up and was here for less than 10 minutes total; I didn't receive my appraisal for over 3 weeks and they gave no clear reason why it took so long. I had to harass them as well as my mortgage company to get any information out of them and it was the worst experience I have ever had with any appraiser.
Jason was knowledgeable and responsive, keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend.
Appraiser couldn’t perform and never completed appraisal. Also would no answer phone calls.
