Exploitative, Unprofessional, and Rude — Avoid at All Costs We were charged over $360 for about 20 minutes of total work spread across 3 days. The tech replaced a single $20 breaker, cut the lock on our breaker box without asking, and plugged the fridge back in. That’s it—no diagnostics, no explanation, no paperwork.
