We currently reside here and have had nothing but issues. Huge crack in our ceiling that they said they would be back to fix, and never did. The caulking is messy , smeared in places not even where caulking goes. And now, we have a leak in our roof, dropping into our bathroom. Our house is only three years old, it should not be having this many issues.

I’m giving them a 2.5 star based on the concrete they used in my Driveway. My house isn’t even two years old and the concrete looks like it’s aged for 20 years. Nothing was used to clean it other then simple green and dawn soap with a low pressured pressure washer. Very disappointed and Probably going to have problems surfacing in the future. So make sure you double and triple check through your walk throughs to save you and your pocket

Subpar finish work. The paint work is very poor along with the preparation of the trim. There is painters caulking smeared all over the trim that looks like it was done by a second grader. Painting inside is so uneven all the walls need to be repainted. You can see every pass of the sprayer on them. Exterior painting is a little better.
