We rent from Campanele and when we reached out to the head office to get help in February cause we have no heat and hot water just to be told to contact the rental company cause they don’t deal with it but they have an emergency number to call when you have no heat or water. We have left emails and other messages to get help and no one returned our call or email so I called that number left 3 messages then finally called a 4th time to a man saying to me “ you are the one who has been leaving all these messages”!
