Outrageous "market" prices for a cheap, deteriorating building. Constant problems. Flooding, problems with exterior locks (you can literally walk straight into the building without a key), pump has broken multiple times in winter (on the coldest day of the year), tenant issues they refuse to resolve. They don't answer emails and took months to fix a flood that was clearly causing mold in the building. They've attempted cheap solutions to fix the exterior doors that still dont lock properly.Staff is extremely rude in person.
Campanale is an excellent company! Their service is professional and respectful, and all the procedures were fast and smooth with no complications. Everything went perfectly from start to finish.
