Came out once replaced the toilet but didn’t fix the clog and we’re supposed to come another day but never showed and showed up hours late the next time and they just moved the clog to another spot causing it to flood again and didn’t show up again to actually fix if

Josh saved us today. We had an issue with water not draining and ending up all over the floor in our bathroom. He was able to get to us the same day (within just a few hours). Some other companies in town wouldn't have been able to come out for a week and a half, yikes! Josh cleaned the clog leading to our septic and we are back in business. We will for sure have him come out for more projects soon. Thank you again we seriously appreciate it.
