I had a scheduled appointment. Worst place ever!! Arrived within 5 mins time and had to wait inline to register. When I go to the counter she said I am 9 mins late so my appointment was cancelled. Unbelievable worst service ever. No where is there anything when you register stated there is only a 5 minute window. I scheduled for. 30 minute appointment and now I have to go to ER. Just avoid this place all together. Rude.

I saw Elaine Nissan until she retired and I was always treated with respect even though my case is anything but easy. I booked an appointment with Samuel Fongang and was in tears by the time I left. He was incredibly rude and condescending. I've never in my 68 years been treated that way. I've found another doctor in Cottonwood. I would NEVER return to Northern Arizona Healthcare.

I had an appointment to set up as a new patient. Doctor was not in office today and needed to reschedule. I was seen in Immediate care and Brett Bradley was able to help with me with a medication refill that was urgent. It was a great experience and I’m glad that I’ve chosen to set up as a new patient with NAH
