We love Camp Smile in Excelsior!
The schedulers are not knowledgeable, do not seem to get very much training, and are very frustrating to work with. Estimates are not submitted, and require the patient to call the office multiple times. The hygienists turnover frequently, and you will usually get a brand new hygienist who is still training. Two of the exam chairs are in an open bay that everyone walks through to get to the lobby, so there is no privacy.
Had a frenectomy done for my daughter. All staff from front desk to dental assistants were amazing! Shout out to assistant Ellie, worked with Dr. Bobbi Augustyn she was amazing! Great experience if you need lip/tongue tie procedure for a baby highly recommend!
We went in for a complimentary first time visit for my 15 month old son. The scheduling process was extremely smooth and the gentlemen that helped schedule was amazing! When we were checking in, the woman who helped us was not very friendly. She asked for our insurance information, which I told her we didn’t have insurance. She said then self pay? I informed her that we were there for a first time complimentary visit. She said okay, have a seat. Why offer complimentary visits if it’s a problem? That rubbed me the wrong way. ... read more
