So the gym is open from early morning hours to about 2000. Simply sign in and get your workout on. The basketball court is a good size has some air condition and is ready to ball in. There’s a handball court as well. On the other side is our Matt so you can do other type of bodyweight exercises or use kettle bells and slam balls. And then you have the weight room area. Great staff .. super friendly, professional They have sauna, Jacuzzi, basketball court, And a towel service!!! You can't beat it.. its free!!! Yeah some equipment needs work but so what?? If you know what you are doing, you are golden!!! They got all necessary machines!! Stretching area could be a little cleaner.. Please work on that!!! Other than that... Its an awesome place to work out!!
