In the beginning when my kids started coming here it was great. But the last 2 years its went downhill. Activities have less in them. My kids are always saying theyre starving that the lunch is small. Even the daddy daughter dance wasnt what it was. Penny pinching. This year most likely the last. You cant keep raising prices when your removing things and doing less. I know i am not alone because the camp definitely is not as full anymore.
My son LOVES Camp Sam! He's not into sports at all so this year we gave him the option to return to Camp Sam or try out an indoor science camp and he chose Camp Sam. He said he wants to go until he ages out and then work there. He swims everyday and they have tons of activities. They have fun themed days and super fun days like the carnival, trunk or treat, jello wars (his favorite) and more. The staff have always been amazing, they really pick the best people to work there. I recommend this camp for any child.
