I’ve been trying for WEEKS to get my puppy enrolled at Camp Run-A-Mutt in the Energy Corridor location, and the customer service has honestly been extremely disappointing. Every single time I call, I speak to the same employee (Jaylen), who takes all of my information, asks about my puppy’s age and neuter status, then tells me he has to “check with the manager” regarding the age policy for unneutered puppies and promises a callback that NEVER happens.
