I’ve been trying for WEEKS to get my puppy enrolled at Camp Run-A-Mutt in the Energy Corridor location, and the customer service has honestly been extremely disappointing. Every single time I call, I speak to the same employee (Jaylen), who takes all of my information, asks about my puppy’s age and neuter status, then tells me he has to “check with the manager” regarding the age policy for unneutered puppies and promises a callback that NEVER happens. Great services
I’ve been bringing my dog, Wesley, here for 2 years now and he loves it! The staff is so kind, skilled and do their absolute best to take care of my dog whether it’s daycare or boarding. I also love that they’re cage-less, so I know my dog isn’t in a crate all day.
My pup has consistently been coming here for nearly a year now because of the excellent staff and environment. He loves going and is exhausted at the end of the day. I trust them with boarding and daycare. Lailyah treats mine like her own and she goes the extra mile!
The workers are phenomenal. My dogs love to be there. I love the fact that I can check the cameras and see how they’re behaving and also call and make sure they’re behaving as well. Last year, I decided to not board one of my dogs and ultimately the person I left them with lost my dog. Thankfully, we found him and I immediately contacted camp run a mutt, while I was on vacation and they graciously took him in with no issues and I will always be so thankful to them for that.
