First time boarding our dogs there, facility was nice and experience was enjoyable. However, both dogs were released to us with obvious signs of serious sinus infections. Upon contacting our vet, they asked us not to bring them in (car side examination) to avoid spreading in their facility. Called the facility and was informed that is the risk owners carry they hold no responsibility. So be warned, healthy dogs in - sick dogs out, remediation cost is all on owner business assumes no culpability.
Today I took my dog Charlie my little Shih Tzu back to Camp Run A Mutt for a summer cut. When I got there, I told the girl who was taking him to the back. Please tell the Groomer do not cut his ears super short. She said OK And off They went An hour or so later I got a text from the Groomer saying oh I’m so sorry I did not see the note. I cut Charlie’s ear short. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry. Well, sorry doesn’t cut it.
