Employees are always kind and helpful. Dogs do not get put in cages so they are able to interact and be social. Not for every dog but perfect for many.
Not the worst place, but I can only really recommend this if your dog is very social and very used to group daycare/playtime. I started taking my dog here in early January 2025 in preparation for an extended boarding stay. Things seemed to be going well and we didn't hear any negative comments from camp staff. Unfortunately, in late February, there was an incident at the camp while I was leaving the country and my dog was injured. At the time, I didn't think this was the world's biggest deal. This place provides extraordinary care for my pup. It has for the last year and a half. I really do appreciate all of the caring people that work there. I take advantage of both half and full day packages depending on my workload and convenience. Sometimes it’s just nice to have a tired pup at the end of the day. And I’ve learned to appreciate the well priced grooming services they provide as well.
