I have been taking my dog there since he was four month old, two years and five months. When I started taking him there, he loved it, and the staff loved him, and there were no problems. The facility now has new owners, and a lot of the seasoned experienced staff are no longer there. Additionally, the amount of dogs that they intake has increased exponentially. Harper always does a great job grooming my dog!
Employees are always kind and helpful. Dogs do not get put in cages so they are able to interact and be social. Not for every dog but perfect for many.
