Great location, but old and rustic. Camp Richardson offers many activities right on the shore. It has been there for many years and it shows. Go here only if you like a rustic feel of the cabins.
Hotel cramped, perhaps cabins better? We stayed here last year in the hotel that is part of this resort. It was supposed to be a room for four, but was extremely cramped and a bit loud. The resort also has many small cabins that you can rent. I believe these have kitchens and 2-3 bedrooms. These would most likely be a better option when staying at this resort. camping at Tahoe This resort is really CAMPING in the DIRT. Lots of fun stuff to do, biking, hiking, boating, sailing, swimming, etc.. But the campsites are really dusty and not many with rv hookups. Great spot for kids.
