At larger RV establishments I was treated like a number, a lost number. Camp Quest took care of what I needed same day, bumped me into their schedule on a Tuesday and made it happen. My trip is now possible. Aaron, the mechanic was wonderful. The front desk was friendly. I Highly recommend this location.
Pretty awful experience purchasing a camper shell for my truck. Put in my order for the spec that I wanted, Leer 100XR with the small sliding windows on the side of the cap. When I went back to have it installed, I come out to find my truck with different side windows than I had specifically asked for and verified on the order sheet. Thus began a several weeks long ordeal of trying to figure out what happened.
